INFORMATION FOR CANDIAN DRIVERS FILES

Your driver’s files must contain the following documents:

Application Form

All driver’s files must contain a completed employment application form.  Failure to have this document will result in a fine and points infraction on the carriers’ C.V.O.R. in the event of a M.T.O. audit.

Drivers Abstract

All driver’s files are required to a valid abstract (updated yearly) in the qualification file.  Failure to have this document in each file violates M.T.O. and US D.O.T. F.M.C.S.R. carrier requirements under the driver qualification section.

Licence Photo

All driver’s files are required to contain a photocopy of the drivers license.  This is a requirement of the National Safety Code for C.V.O.R. carriers.
